It's no secret that we love teaching kids how to knit and crochet.  We've been hearing it in recent months about the therapeutic affects that knitting and crochet have on humans. The Craft Yarn Council has launched a month long campaign to spread awareness of the mood boosting effects on the human body during National Stress Awareness month.

They'll be sharing projects and fun ways to use these craft techniques to live a more stress-free life.   Be sure to follow them throughout April on their Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter pages. You can also enter to win great giveaways and share your stories about how knitting or crochet has changed your life.

With each day we inch closer to summer camp. It's our favorite time of year as we prepare to knit, crochet, sew, needle felt and craft with over 2,500 kids from June through September. As we get all the details in order we wanted to give you some updates on what's happening and some exciting annoucements!

New Locations!

We've added many new locations for Summer 2015. We heard the request for our programs to be in Brooklyn and we're happy to annouce we'll be there at Williamsburg Northside Lower School! Also you can check out our programs at an additional 13 sites this summer. Hope over to our locations page to find a location that works best for you and your child! 


New Programs!

We're returning to many locations with our award-winning programs. We're excited to bring a new program to select locations - Glamorize Your Doll! This 1-week camp is built for campers that want to create project for their 18" dolls! This program will be offered at Rosemont College, Sidwell Summer, and Temple Ambler Summer Camps.

Campers come back year after year and look forward to seeing which projects they can create with us. We've worked with all new curriculum together for each of our programs leaving plenty of choice and freedom in the program for your child to put their own design choices into each project they create. Don't worry about the projects repeating, we've got plenty of creativity to keep this creation train moving forward all summer long!
