Summer 2012 will mark our first year partnering with The Key School in Maryland, where Miss Alisha and Miss Julia will visit on their second annual Road Tour. We are excited to be hosting camp in such a lively and historic town!

The Key School, located in Annapolis, Maryland, was founded in 1958 by a group of tutors from St. John's College whose goals included providing children with innovative and experiential learning and a rigorous classical curriculum in an ethical school culture. The founders emphasized respect for human differences and encouraged children to grow into constructive members of society. These values are still upheld today at The Key School, which strives to nurture individual needs and the positive social, emotional, and intellectual development of its students. The first site for The Key School was a rented house in Eastport, beginning with just 18 students. The school grew quickly and soon expanded its campus, undergoing construction in the 1980s and 1990s. Today, the school's student body is numbered at 720 children in grades PK-12.

We look forward to offering both Handwork and Machine Sewing & Fashion Camp programs at this location.
