Summer 2012 will begin our first summer partnering with Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and will also mark our first step into Western Pennsylvania. Shady Side will be a stop on Miss Alisha and Miss Julia’s second annual summer Road Tour and we can’t wait to follow all their antics as they travel from school to school. We hope Pittsburgh is ready!

Shady Side Academy was founded in 1883 and is one of the oldest schools in Western Pennsylvania. The school has transformed from its original one-room schoolhouse to consisting today of three suburban campuses: a lower, middle, and upper school. All three campuses consist of expansive fields, tree-lined paths, stonework buildings, and state-of-the-art facilities.

We look forward to offering both Handwork and Machine Sewing & Fashion Camp programs at Shady Side Academy this summer.
